| Abstract: | Kelompok remaja merupakan usia yang rentan mengalami masalah gizi akibat kebutuhan zat gizi yang meningkat seiring dengan proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang dialami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kecukupan zat gizi makro, kebiasaan sarapan, dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi siswa SMAN 1 Tamansari. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional study dengan jumlah subjek sebesar 30 siswa perempuan dan 30 siswa laki-laki yang dipilih secara random sampling. Data diperoleh berdasarkan pengukuran dan pengisian kuesioner. Status gizi sebagian besar subjek berdasarkan IMT/U adalah normal (78,3%), dengan siswa laki-laki 66,7% dan siswa perempuan 90,0%. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada status gizi, asupan energi, asupan karbohidrat, dan lokasi sarapan antara kedua kelompok (p<0,05). Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada asupan protein, asupan lemak, frekuensi sarapan, waktu sarapan, asal sarapan, dan aktivitas fisik antara kedua kelompok (p>0,05). Sebagian besar tingkat kecukupan zat gizi subjek masih tergolong defisit berat pada kedua kelompok. Rata- rata tingkat aktivitas fisik subjek tergolong berat. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi subjek (p<0,05) dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecukupan zat gizi makro dan kebiasaan sarapan dengan status gizi subjek (p>0,05). The adolescent group is an age that is vulnerable to nutritional problems due to increased nutritional needs along with the growth and development process experienced. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the level of macronutrient adequacy, breakfast habits, and physical activity with the nutritional status of students of SMAN 1 Tamansari. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a total of 30 female and 30 male students selected by random sampling. Data were obtained based on measurements and questionnaires. The nutritional status of most subjects based on IMT/U was normal. There were significant differences in nutritional status, energy intake, carbohydrate intake, and breakfast location between the two groups (p<0.05). There were no significant differences in protein intake, fat intake, breakfast frequency, time, source, and physical activity between the two groups (p>0.05). Most of the subjects' nutrient adequacy levels classified as severe deficits. The average level of physical activity of the subjects was classified as heavy. There was a significant relationship between physical activity and the nutritional status of the subjects (p<0.05) and there was no significant relationship between the level of macronutrient adequacy and breakfast habits with nutritional status of the subjects (p>0.05). |
