dc.description.abstractKepemilikan rumah di kalangan Generasi Y dan Z dipengaruhi oleh harga properti dan daya beli. Bank BTN menyediakan skema ‘Rent-to-Own (RTO)’ yaitu skema sewa untuk membeli sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kepemilikan rumah. Namun skema RTO belum memiliki bisnis model yang menawarkan value sesuai dengan kebutuhan Generasi Y dan Z. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi Generasi Y dan Z terhadap hunian KPR RTO dan merumuskan model bisnis canvas berdasarkan kebutuhan dan preferensi Generasi Y dan Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dan data diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Y dan Z lebih memilih hunian dengan harga terjangkau, kualitas bangunan yang baik, keamanan, dan lokasi strategis yang dekat dengan fasilitas umum. Pemetaan model bisnis KPR RTO Bank BTN telah menawarkan fleksibilitas dalam kepemilikan rumah melalui opsi sewa untuk membeli. Penyesuaian model bisnis dilakukan dengan menambahkan opsi rumah subsidi berkonsep green building dan bimbingan literasi keuangan, transparansi harga, serta memperluas saluran distribusi dan dukungan komunitas.-
dc.description.abstractHomeownership among Generation Y and Z is influenced by property prices and purchasing power. Bank BTN offers the 'Rent-to-Own (RTO)' scheme, a lease-to-own option, as a solution to enhance homeownership. However, the RTO scheme does not yet have a business model that offers value aligned with the needs of Generation Y and Z. This research aims to identify the preferences of Generation Y and Z regarding RTO housing loans and to formulate a business model canvas based on their needs and preferences. The research method used is qualitative, with data collected through interviews and processed using descriptive analysis. The results show that Generation Y and Z prefer affordable housing with good building quality, security, and strategic locations close to public facilities. The business model mapping of Bank BTN's RTO housing loans offers flexibility in home ownership through a lease-to-own option. The business model adjustments include adding subsidized housing options with green building concepts, financial literacy guidance, price transparency, and expanding distribution channels and community support.-
