| Abstract: | Kegiatan pemuatan log pada penelitian dilaksanakan secara manual dengan bantuan sepeda motor modifikasi. Kegiatan pemuatan log ke atas motor kemungkinan merujuk pada aktivitas yang kurang aman dan memiliki tingkat risiko gangguan Muskuloskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja ojek palang kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko gangguan kesehatan, keselamatan, kerja (K3) akibat postur kerja yang dilakukan pekerja pada kegiatan pemuatan log dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh MSDs yang dirasakan pekerja ojek palang kayu pada kegiatan pemuatan log menggunakan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dan Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan untuk penataan kayu secara melintang memberikan risiko cedera yang lebih tinggi karena melibatkan banyak postur janggal. Kombinasi postur janggal dan beban log menyebabkan level risiko gangguan MSDs. Pada metode ini menjadi lebih tinggi dibanding metode panataan log secara memanjang The log transportation in this study was conducted manually with the help of modified motorcycles. Transporting logs onto the motorcycle likely refers to an unsafe activity with a high risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) among ojek palang kayu workers. This research aims to assess the health and safety risks (K3) associated with the working postures of these workers during log transportation and to evaluate the impact of MSDs using Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and the Standardized Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ). The analysis results indicate that the method of stacking logs transversely poses a higher injury risk due to numerous awkward postures. The combination of awkward postures and log weight results in a higher risk level of MSDs compared to the method of longitudinal log stacking. |
