dc.description.abstractKegiatan pengangkutan log dengan sistem kerja manual material handling, diperlukan aktivitas manusia yang didalamnya mencakup gerakan seperti mendorong, menggeser, dan mengangkat. Dengan beban yang diterima, kegiatan pengangkutan log diduga memiliki risiko yang tinggi terhadap gangguan kesehatan pekerja dan dapat memicu terjadinya Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat risiko MSDs dengan pendekatan analisis postur kerja. Analisis postur kerja dianalisis menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis Range of Motion (ROM). Analisis REBA menyajikan hasil tingkat risiko bahaya dari postur kerja. Analisis ROM menyajikan hasil selang gerak tubuh dari postur kerja. Postur kerja dengan tingkat risiko berbahaya-sangat berbahaya terdapat pada postur membungkuk. Tubuh dengan selang gerak tidak alami didominasi oleh bagian punggung, pinggul, dan leher. Nilai Recommended Weigh Limit (RWL) dan Lifting Index (LI) berada pada tingkat risiko cedera sedang (<3) dan tinggi (>3).-
dc.description.abstractManual log handling activities involve human activities such as pushing, sliding, and lifting. Given the loads involved, manual log handling is perceived to have a high risk of health issues for workers and can lead to Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This study aims to analyze the risk level of MSDs using a work posture analysis approach. Work posture analysis was conducted using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, followed by analysis using the Range of Motion (ROM) method. REBA analysis presents the results of the hazard level of work postures. ROM analysis presents the range of body movements from work postures. Work postures with high to veryhigh risk levels are found in bending postures. Body movements with unnatural ranges dominate the back, hips, and neck. The Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) and Lifting Index (LI) values indicate a moderate (<3) and high risk (>3) of injury.-
