| dc.description.abstract | Gulma pada lahan budidaya tanaman kopi dapat menurunkan hasil biji sekitar 35% dari 12,5 kw/ha menjadi 7 kw/ha, oleh karena itu kehadiran gulma perlu dikendalikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keragaman spesies dan dominasi gulma di kebun kopi menggunakan analisis vegetasi dan seed bank pada berbagai pola tanam dan kedalaman tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun kopi PTPN VIII kecamatan Kertasari Kabupaten Bandung. Gulma yang diamati berasal dari seed bank yang berkecambah dan sampel vegetasi gulma pada lahan pola tanam monokultur kopi (P1), lahan polikultur kopi dengan kubis (P2), dan lahan polikultur kopi dengan bawang daun (P3). Kriteria sampel tanah yang digunakan yaitu kedalaman 0-10 cm, 11-20 cm, 21-30 cm, dan 31-40 cm. Spesies yang mendominasi permukaan lahan (P1) dan (P2) di dominasi spesies Galinsoga parviflora, sedangkan lahan (P3) didominasi spesies Boreria alata. Terdapat tiga spesies gulma yang mendominasi dari seluruh soil seed bank yaitu Dymaria cordata, Galinsoga parviflora, dan Persicaria nepelensis. Gulma Dymaria cordata, mendominasi sampel tanah lahan P1 kedalaman 11-20 cm dan kedalaman 21-30 cm, sampel tanah lahan P2 kedalaman 21-30 cm dan 31-40 cm, dan sampel lahan P3 di kedalaman 31-40 cm. Gulma Galinsoga parviflora mendominasi sampel tanah lahan P1 kedalaman 0-10 cm dan 31-40 cm, sampel tanah lahan P2 kedalaman 11-20 cm saja, dan sampel tanah lahan P3 di kedalaman 11-20 cm dan 21-30 cm. Gulma Persicaria nepelensis hanya mendominasi sampel tanah lahan P2 kedalaman 0-10 cm. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Weeds in coffee cultivation areas can reduce bean yield by about 35%, from 12,5 kw/ha to 7 kw/ha; hence, weed presence needs to be controlled. The objective of this research is to understand species diversity and weed dominance in coffee plantations using vegetation analysis and seed bank studies across various cropping patterns and soil depths. The study was conducted in the coffee plantations of PTPN VIII, Kertasari District, Bandung Regency. Weeds observed originated from germinated seed banks and vegetation samples from monoculture coffee plots (P1), coffee intercropped with cabbage (P2), and coffee intercropped with shallots (P3). Soil samples were taken at depths of 0-10 cm, 11-20 cm, 21-30 cm, and 31-40 cm. Weed species dominating the surface of P1 and P2 plots were primarily Galinsoga parviflora, while P3 was dominated by Boreria alata. Three weed species dominated all soil samples: Dymaria cordata, Galinsoga parviflora, and Persicaria nepelensis. Dymaria cordata dominated in P1 at depths of 11-20 cm and 21-30 cm, in P2 at depths of 21-30 cm and 31-40 cm, and in P3 at a depth of 31-40 cm. Galinsoga parviflora dominated in P1 at depths of 0-10 cm and 31-40 cm, in P2 only at a depth of 11-20 cm, and in P3 at depths of 11-20 cm and 21-30 cm. Persicaria nepelensis only dominated in P2 at a depth of 0-10 cm. | |
