dc.description.abstractNCT Dream telah mengadakan konser sebanyak tiga kali di Indonesia. Pada dua konser pertama, tiket terjual habis dalam waktu kurang dari 24 jam. Namun, pada konser ketiga, tiket baru terjual habis setelah 42 hari penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis pengaruh harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta merumuskan implikasi manajerial yang dapat diterapkan oleh event organizer (EO) untuk meningkatkan kecepatan penjualan tiket konser NCT Dream. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yang dilakukan dari Juni hingga Juli 2024. Total responden berjumlah 168 responden yang merupakan fans NCT Dream (NCTzen) dan pernah membeli tiket konser untuk menonton konser NCT Dream. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket konser NCT Dream. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa implikasi manajerial untuk meminimalisasi potensi kerugian yang ditanggung oleh event organizer (EO).-
dc.description.abstractNCT Dream has held three concerts in Indonesia. At the first two concerts, tickets were sold out in less than 24 hours. However, at the third concert, tickets were sold out after 42 days of sales. This research aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the influence of price, location, and service quality on purchasing decisions, and formulate managerial implications that can be applied by event organizers (EO) to increase the speed of NCT Dream concert ticket sales. This study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and was carried out from June to July 2024. The total number of respondents was 168 who were NCT Dream fans (NCTzen) and had bought concert tickets to watch the NCT Dream concert. The data were analysed using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this research show that price, location, and service quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for NCT Dream concert tickets. Furthermore, there are several managerial implications for minimizing potential losses covered by the event organizer (EO).-
