dc.description.abstractDispepsia fungsional merupakan gejala umum saluran pencernaan bagian atas yang dapat mengganggu kualitas hidup seseorang. Remaja putri mengalami perkembangan biologis yang lebih cepat, cenderung lebih mengutamakan bentuk tubuhnya, lebih emosional dan lebih peka terhadap lingkungannya, cenderung lebih rentan mengalami pola makan yang tidak teratur, stres akademik, dan status gizi tidak normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pola makan, tingkat stres akademik dan status gizi dengan kejadian dispepsia fungsional pada siswi SMAN 3 Bogor. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi cross sectional dengan purposive sampling. Sebanyak 92 siswi kelas X dan XI yang berusia antara 15-17 tahun diambil menjadi subjek penelitian yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui instrumen kuesioner pola makan, kuesioner diagnosis dispepsia fungsional kriteria Roma IV, wawancara Food Frequency Quesstionary (FFQ) dan pengukuran antropometri yang dilakukan secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 23,9% subjek mengalami dispepsia fungsional. Hasil analisis uji korelasi antara pola makan (frekuensi, keteraturan dan jeda antar waktu makan utama, kebiasaan sarapan), jenis makanan dan minuman iritatif, status gizi dan tingkat stres akademik dengan dispepsia fungsional tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p > 0,05). Namun, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara uang saku (p=0,005; r=0,280) dengan kejadian dispepsia fungsional.
dc.description.abstractFunctional dyspepsia is a common upper gastrointestinal symptom that can impair an individual's quality of life. Adolescent girls, who experience faster biological development, body image concerns, more emotional, and more sensitive to their surroundings, making them more vulnerable to irregular eating patterns, academic stress, and abnormal nutritional status. This study aims to analyze the relationship between eating patterns, academic stress level, and nutritional status with the incidence of functional dyspepsia among female students at SMAN 3 Bogor. Using a cross-sectional design with purposive sampling, the study involved 92 female students from grades X and XI, aged 15-17 years, conducted in May 2024. Primary data was collected using eating pattern questionnaires, functional dyspepsia diagnostic questionnaires based on Rome IV criteria, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) interviews, and direct anthropometric measurements. The results showed that 23.9% of the subjects experienced functional dyspepsia. The correlation analysis results showed that eating patterns (frequency, regularity, and intervals between main meals, breakfast habits), types of irritating foods and drinks, nutritional status, and levels of academic stress did not have a significant relationship with functional dyspepsia (p>0.05). However, there was a significant relationship between pocket money (p=0.005; r=0,280) and the incidence of functional dyspepsia.
