Abstract: Pakan merupakan elemen yang sangat penting pada industri peternakan. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pakan, proses produksi dan distribusi pakan ternak menjadi salah satu tantangan yang mempengaruhi efisiensi dan produktivitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah alokasi penyimpanan bahan baku untuk meminimumkan jarak angkut berdasarkan beban yang diangkut dan penentuan rute distribusi pakan untuk meminimumkan jarak distribusi dengan menggunakan integer linear programming di PT KGU. Masalah tersebut diselesaikan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Python 3.10.11 dengan package solver tambahan yaitu IBM ILOG CPLEX. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi, diperoleh hasil pengalokasian bahan baku yang optimum serta memenuhi setiap kendala. Selanjutnya, model Multi-Trip Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (MTCVRP) diterapkan untuk penentuan rute distribusi. Pada masalah ini tidak dapat diperoleh solusi optimal karena ukuran masalah yang cukup besar. Diperoleh solusi fisibel dengan menambahkan parameter time limit pada Python 3.10.11. Feed is an important element in the livestock sector. In meeting the need for animal feed, the production and distribution process of animal feed is one of the challenges that affect the efficiency and productivity of the company. Therefore, this study aims to resolve the solution of the raw material storage allocation to minimize the transport distance based on the load transported and the determination of the feed distribution route to minimize the distribution distance using integer linear programming at PT KGU. The problem is solved using Python 3.10.11 and solver package IBM ILOG CPLEX. Based on the implementation results, the optimum result of raw material allocation problem is obtained and satisfies each constraints. Furthermore, the Multi-Trip Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem model is applied to determine distribution routes. In this problem, an optimal solution cannot be obtained due to the large size of the problem. Feasible solution was obtained by adding a time limit parameter in Python 3.10.11 Keywords: determination of distribution route, integer linear programming, multi- trip, capacitated, raw material storage allocation
