| Abstract: | Penyebab utama tingginya harga pakan ikan adalah terjadinya peningkatan harga bahan baku pakan. The main cause of the high price of fish feed is the increase in the price of raw feed materials. One way to reduce the dependence on relatively expensive raw materials is to utilize alternative raw materials, such as tofu pulp. This study was conducted to determine the effect of tofu pulp in the feed on tilapia cultivation performance. A completely randomized design with four treatments and three replicates was conducted for this study. The treatments were in the form of AP8020: 80% tofu pulp and 20% pellets, AP6040: 60% tofu pulp and 40% pellets, AP4060: 40% tofu pulp and 60% pellets, and K: 100% pellets (control). The results showed that the best tilapia specific growth rate was obtained from AP4060 (5.74%). Meanwhile, the best survival was obtained with AP6040 treatment, which was 96.67%. The use of up to 40% tofu pulp provides good growth performance for tilapia. |
