Abstract: AUREAL ARIANE ASHARI. Integrasi Sistem Monitoring Gas dan Api Untuk Mencegah Kebakaran Berbasis IoT di Gedung PT Len Industri. Dibimbing oleh ADITYA WICAKSONO. PT Len Industri merupakan BUMN yang bergerak dalam bisnis elektronika industri dan infrastruktur yang memiliki beberapa gedung sebagai tempat pengembangan bisnis dan produk-produk di dalamnya. Bisnis ini mencakup industri pertahanan, energi terbarukan, ICT & navigasi, serta transportasi perkeretaapian. Dalam proses produksi dan pengembangannya terdapat beberapa aset dan bahan baku berbahaya yang sangat beresiko saat terjadinya kecelakaan kerja seperti kebakaran. Untuk mengurangi dampak jika terjadi kebakaran, PT Len Industri menggunakan APAR (alat pemadam api ringan) disetiap gedung yang ada. Namun system tersebut tidak memiliki fungsi peringatan dini sebelum kebakaran terjadi. APAR ini digunakan ketika pegawai didalam gedung menekan alarm kebakaran pada gedung ketika pegawai didalam gedung melihat terjadinya kebakaran didalam gedung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan responsibilitas pencegahan terjadinya kebakaran dan meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan saat terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dalam proses produksi dan pengembangan produk yang berlangsung.

PT Len Industri is a state-owned company engaged in the industrial electronics and infrastructure business which has several buildings as a place for business development and the products in it. This business covers the defense industry, renewable energy, ICT & navigation, and railway transportation. In the production and development process there are several dangerous assets and raw materials which are very risky when work accidents such as fire occur. To reduce the impact if a fire occurs, PT Len Industri uses APAR (light fire extinguisher) in every existing building. However, this system does not have an early warning function before a fire occurs. This APAR is used when employees in the building press the fire alarm in the building when employees in the building see a fire occurring in the building. The aim of this research is to increase the responsibility for preventing fires and increase the effectiveness of decision making when work accidents occur in the ongoing production and product development process.
