| dc.description.abstract | AULIA NAYLA NAMIRA. Pengembangan Produk Kulit Buah Kopi Menjadi Teh Celup Cascara pada PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia. Dibimbing oleh VERALIANTA BR SEBAYANG. Pengembangan produk kulit buah kopi menjadi teh celup cascara di PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia untuk mendukung kesejahteraan petani dan industri kopi dengan memanfaatkan kulit buah kopi yang tidak terpakai. Cascara adalah hasil sampingan dari pengolahan kopi yang dapat diolah menjadi teh dengan berbagai manfaat kesehatan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum perusahaan, preferensi konsumen terhadap teh celup cascara, apakah bisnis teh celup cascara layak dijalankan, dan implikasi manajerial dari pengembangan produk ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teh celup cascara memiliki potensi pasar yang baik dengan preferensi konsumen yang tinggi terhadap rasa fruity, aroma khas, dan harga terjangkau. Analisis kelayakan bisnis menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak dijalankan dengan nilai B/C ratio > 1 yaitu 1,84 dan R/C ratio > 1 yaitu 2,84. Implikasi manajerial mencakup strategi pemasaran, pengembangan produk, dan manajemen operasional untuk memastikan keberhasilan produk di pasar. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | AULIA NAYLA NAMIRA. Product Development of Coffee Fruit Peels into Cascara Teabags at PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia. Supervised by VERALIANTA BR SEBAYANG. Product development of coffee fruit leather into cascara tea bags at PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia to support the welfare of farmers and the coffee industry by utilizing unused coffee fruit leather. Cascara is a by-product of coffee processing that can be processed into tea with various health benefits. The research was conducted to determine the general description of the company, consumer preferences for cascara teabags, whether the cascara teabag business is feasible, and managerial implications of this product development. The results showed that cascara teabags have good market potential with high consumer preferences for fruity flavors, distinctive aromas, and affordable prices. The business feasibility analysis shows that the business is feasible with a B/C ratio > 1 at 1,84 and R/C ratio > 1 at 2,84. Managerial implications include marketing strategy, product development, and operational management to ensure product success in the market. | - |
