| Abstract: | PT XYZ, perusahaan penyewaan alat berat yang mendukung industri konstruksi dan pertambangan, menghadapi tantangan penting dalam manajemen perawatan peralatan, termasuk manajemen inventaris, jadwal perawatan, pengadaan, dan aspek keuangan. Sistem pemantauan perawatan di situs web mereka saat ini mengalami kendala seperti ketidakakuratan data dan proses yang tidak efisien. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan fitur pengingat dan penjadwalan perawatan yang akan mengelola inventaris alat berat, menampilkan jadwal perawatan, dan mengirimkan pengingat sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan scrum, yang menekankan kolaborasi tim, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan pengiriman iteratif, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan operasional PT XYZ dengan mengurangi risiko ketidakakuratan informasi, mengontrol biaya perawatan, dan meningkatkan keandalan peralatan sehingga memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif melalui transformasi digital yang lebih luas. PT XYZ, a heavy equipment rental company supporting the construction and mining industries, faces significant challenges in equipment maintenance management, including inventory management, maintenance scheduling, procurement, and financial aspects. Their current web-based maintenance monitoring system suffers from data inaccuracies and inefficient processes. To address these issues, this research develops an automated maintenance reminder and scheduling feature that will manage heavy equipment inventory, display maintenance schedules, and send reminders according to the set schedule. Using the Scrum development method, which emphasizes team collaboration, adaptability to change, and iterative delivery, this research aims to improve PT XYZ's operations by reducing the risk of information inaccuracies, controlling maintenance costs, and enhancing equipment reliability. This implementation of automated maintenance reminders and scheduling is expected to strengthen PT XYZ's position in an increasingly competitive market through broader digital transformation. |
