| Abstract: | PT Sutrakabel Intimandiri telah menerapkan sistem ERP berbasis website.
Pasca-implementasi, fitur ERP kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lapangan dan
perusahaan memerlukan akses real-time. Untuk mengatasinya, Departemen IT
mengembangkan aplikasi "Add On ERP" berbasis mobile dengan fitur tambahan
seperti produksi, laporan produksi, monitoring, audit, warehouse, dan customer
tracker. Pentingnya User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) dalam
pengembangan aplikasi ERP disoroti karena desain sederhana dan intuitif dapat
mengatasi kompleksitas sistem, memberikan pengalaman konsisten, dan
meningkatkan efisiensi. Metode Human Centered Design (HCD) dan Heuristic
Evaluation (HE) digunakan untuk perancangan UI, dengan evaluasi menggunakan
remote usability testing menghasilkan Maze Usability Score (MAUS). Solusi ini
memudahkan pengguna, memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik perusahaan, dan
memberikan pengalaman pengguna optimal. PT Sutrakabel Intimandiri has implemented a web-based ERP system. Post implementation, the ERP features did not match the needs of the field and the company required real-time access. To overcome this, the IT Department developed a mobile-based "Add On ERP" application with additional features such as production, production reports, monitoring, auditing, warehouse, and customer tracker. The importance of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) in ERP application development is highlighted as simple and intuitive design can overcome system complexity, provide a consistent experience, and improve efficiency. Human Centreed Design (HCD) and Heuristic Evaluation (HE) methods are used for UI design, with evaluation using remote usability testing resulting in a Maze Usability Score (MAUS). These solutions make it easy for users, fulfil company specific needs, and provide an optimised user experience. |
