menyelesaikan tugas mencapai 93%. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa desain
antarmuka yang baru berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. This research aims to redesign the UX and UI of the website for the Directorate of Research and Innovation (DRI) at IPB, which previously relied on system requirements from the previous institution. The primary focus of the new design is on user needs. The design process employs the Design Thinking method, which consists of five main stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The process begins with data collection through interviews and observations to understand user needs in depth. Following this, problem formulation, the development of creative solutions, and prototype creation based on the identified solutions are conducted. The effectiveness of the design is evaluated through usability testing using the Maze Design platform and the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The testing results show that the new design achieved an SUS score of 84.1, which falls into the "Excellent" category, with a user task completion success rate of 93%. These results indicate that the new interface design successfully meets user needs. |
