Abstract: Sistem keamanan kantor adalah hal penting untuk mencegah tindak kriminalitas seperti pencurian dan perusakan. Pengembangan sistem keamanan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di ASEAN Biodiaspora Virtual Center (ABVC) menggunakan ESP32-CAM dan sensor Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) yang dapat memantau keadaan kantor secara realtime dari jarak jauh melalu internet. Sistem monitoring ruangan kantor yang berupa CCTV berbasis IoT ini akan mengirimkan notifikasi ke pengguna melalui aplikasi Telegram dan website berupa peringatan dan gambar yang ditangkap secara realtime kepada pihak keamanan apabila terjadi pergerakan manusia yang terdeteksi oleh sensor PIR. Sistem dapat mendeteksi pergerakan manusia secara akurat dalam jarak 5 meter dan mengirimkan notifikasi realtime melalui Telegram dan website. Analisis menunjukkan rata-rata delay notifikasi 19.65 detik untuk Telegram dan 17.23 detik untuk website, dengan website menunjukkan konsistensi dan kecepatan yang lebih baik, serta kualitas gambar yang ditangkap oleh ESP32-CAM optimal pada pengaturan kualitas diangka 10.
Office security systems are important to prevent crimes such as theft and vandalism. The development of an Internet of Things (IoT) based security system at the ASEAN Biodiaspora Virtual Center (ABVC) uses ESP32-CAM and Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) sensors that can monitor office conditions in real time remotely via the internet. The office room monitoring system in the form of IoT based CCTV will send notifications to users via the Telegram application and website in the form of alerts and images captured in real time to security if there is human movement detected by the PIR sensor. The system can accurately detect human movement within 5 meters and send realtime notifications via Telegram and website. Analysis shows an average notification delay of 19.65 seconds for Telegram and 17.23 seconds for the website, with the website showing better consistency and speed, and the quality of images captured by the ESP32-CAM is optimal at a quality setting of 10.
