Abstract: | Ayam broiler masih menjadi salah satu sumber protein hewani yang relatif terjangkau dari harga maupun ketersediaan. Pada lini usaha karkas atau daging ayam broiler manajemen yang baik sangat berpengaruh terhadap output yang diperoleh. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 10 pekan yaitu mulai dari tanggal 17 April 2024 sampai 26 Juni 2024. Analisis usaha Ayam Potong Segar Jamil menggunakan dua metode utama: analisis finansial dan non-finansial. Metode finansial mengevaluasi biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, BEP, dan rasio pendapatan terhadap biaya (R/C Ratio) untuk memastikan profitabilitas. Sementara itu, analisis non-finansial menilai efektivitas pemasaran produk. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk memahami alur bisnis dari input hingga output, serta menilai kelayakan usaha melalui data primer dan sekunder. Usaha ini berjalan dengan baik karena memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 16.523.000 dalam kurung waktu 10 pekan. Usaha ini juga memiliki nilai Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) sebesar 1,11 yang membuktikan bahwa usaha ini layak untuk dikembangkan. Broiler chicken remains one of the most affordable sources of animal protein, both in terms of price and availability. In the broiler carcass or meat business, good management significantly impacts the output obtained. This activity was conducted over a period of 10 weeks, from April 17, 2024, to June 26, 2024. The feasibility analysis of Jamil's Fresh Chicken Butchery Business employed two main methods: financial analysis and non-financial analysis. The financial analysis evaluated costs, revenue, profit, break-even point (BEP), and the revenue-cost ratio (R/C Ratio) to ensure profitability. Meanwhile, the non-financial analysis assessed the effectiveness of product marketing. The purpose of this analysis was to understand the business process from input to output and to assess the feasibility of the business through primary and secondary data. This business performed well, generating a revenue of Rp 16,523,000 over the 10-week period. Additionally, the business achieved a Revenue-Cost Ratio (R/C) of 1.11, proving that it is viable for further development. |
