Perancangan Sistem Online Untuk Verifikasi Berkas CSMS Pada Proyek Pembangunan di PT Pertamina EP Limau Field

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menjadikan transformasi dari sistem manual ke digital untuk mengetahui pengelolaan manajemen risiko keselamatan. Keselamatan konstruksi dipandang sebagai investasi sehubungan dengan kondisi dan pertaruhan dengan keamanan. Pekerjaan yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor di Limau Field menggunakan Contranctor Safety Management System (CSMS). Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan mitra terhadap proyek pembangunan Limau Field, melakukan perancangan website, dan pengaruh penerapan proyek pembangunan menggunakan sistem online website sistem informasi verifikasi berkas CSMS (SIBER) di Limau Field. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengethuan dan kebutuhan dengan perhitungan menggunakan penilaian skala guttman dan kuesioner final mengenai website SIBER menggunakan penilaian skala likert dengan jumlah partisipan 10 pekerja. Indikator penelitian menggunakan tata kerja organisasi pengelolaan CSMS di Pertamina Hulu Energi. Alternatif dalam mengatasi melakukan perancangan sistem online dengan bentuk website yang diberi nama Sistem Informasi Verfikasi Berkas CSMS (SIBER) dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).

Construction safety is seen as an investment with respect to conditions and a gamble with security. Work done by contractors at Limau Field using Contranctor Safety Management System (CSMS). The purpose of the research is to identify the level of knowledge of partners in the Limau Field development project, carry out website design, and the effect of implementing development projects using the online website system of the CSMS file verification information system (SIBER) in Limau Field. The questionnaire is used to determine the level of knowledge and needs by calculating using the guttman scale assessment and the final questionnaire about the SIBER website using the likert scale assessment with the number of participants 10 workers. This research indicator uses the work procedures of the CSMS management organization at Pertamina Hulu Energi. An alternative in overcoming the design of an online system with the form of a website called the CSMS File Verification Information System (SIBER) using the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method.
