This research aims to determine the average number of eggs produced per day in the Bandung and Subang areas which can meet supply needs, determine the number of shortfalls in the average daily demand for eggs that cannot be met, and determine the supply of chicken egg needs on the Eighty Six Farm farm. The research used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative descriptive. This research uses primary and secondary data types. This research uses the Economic Order Quantity, Total inventory cost and safety stock methods. The results of this research are that the need for an economic stock of eggs at Eighty Six Farm is 982 kg/3 days, then the total cost of egg supplies per day that Eighty Six Farm must spend is IDR 307,284/3 days, and for safety stock it is 11 kg/day. So companies can apply the economic order quantity method in order to predict the inventory that must be owned so that there is no shortage of demand.
