ERP (enterprise resource planning) has grown rapidly in managing various aspects of business, including at PT Sutrakabel Intimandiri which has implemented ERP for warehouse management and patrol. The implementation of ERP in this company still faces challenges because warehouse management is done with a scanner tool that is limited in mobility and takes a long time, while patrols are done manually in the form of writing. This research aims to develop an ERP mobile application with qr code scanner features using the Scrum method, which includes the stages of product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Data analysis was carried out using the PIECES method to measure user satisfaction. The result of the average value of the satisfaction level is 4.32, which indicates very high satisfaction from users. The high satisfaction level means that the application is well developed, effectively fulfills all aspects of PIECES, and provides significant added value in the company's operations.
