Kecelakaan kerja sebelum screening yaitu kecelakaan fatal total 1, kecelakaan ringan 50, kerusakan benda 80, insiden 200, potensi hampir kecelakaan 300, rekapitulasi hazard 1800. Data setelah screening yaitu kecelakaan fatal total 0, kecelakaan ringan 10, kerusakan benda 30, insiden 100, potensi hampir kecelakaan 150, rekapitulasi hazard 2500, terjadi penurunan signifikan yang dinyatakan efektif.
Work accidents are a serious problem that can affect worker safety at PT Hutama Karya. This research aims to identify risk factors for work accidents, implement QR Codes as an initial pre-employment screening strategy, and develop screening procedures to reduce work accidents. The methods used are the effectiveness test, paired sample T-Test, and one sample T-Test. The research results showed that the risk factors identified included physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic factors. The implementation of QR Codes in the pre-employment screening process has proven to be effective. Work accidents before screening were total fatal accidents 1, minor accidents 50, damage to objects 80, incidents 200, potential for almost accidents 300, hazard recapitulation 1800. Data after screening were total fatal accidents 0, minor accidents 10, damage to objects 30, incidents 100, potential for almost 150 accidents, recapitulation of hazard 2500, there is a significant reduction which is declared effective. This research emphasizes the importance of identifying risk factors and utilizing technology such as QR Codes to improve work safety and develop procedures that can be implemented to reduce work accidents.
