Abstract: MUHAMMAD JHOVI GIVAHRI. Pengaruh Volume Penyiraman Terhadap Keberagaman Gulma pada Lahan Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit di PT Buluh Cawang Plantation (The Effect of Watering Volume on Weed Diversity on Oil Palm Nursery Lands at PT Buluh Cawang Plantation). Dibimbing oleh SOFYAN ZAMAN. Pembibitan kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) adalah tahap awal dalam budidaya kelapa sawit, di mana volume penyiraman memengaruhi keberagaman gulma. Pengendalian gulma yang tidak efektif dapat menambah beban ekonomi melalui biaya penggunaan herbisida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh volume penyiraman terhadap keberagaman gulma pada lahan pembibitan kelapa sawit. Penelitian dilakukan di lahan pembibitan PT BCP, dari 8 Agustus hingga 30 Oktober 2023. Metode penelitian melibatkan perbandingan pengukuran volume penyiraman, dominansi gulma, dan penggunaan herbisida. Hasil analisis menunjukkan volume semprot rata-rata pada pipa inti berukuran 2 inci adalah 987 ml/polybag, dan pada pipa berukuran 4 inci mencapai 1.937 ml/polybag. Pengamatan vegetasi gulma menunjukkan bahwa Digitaria sanguinalis adalah gulma dominan di tiga blok pembibitan main nursery dengan jarak yang berbeda dari mesin semprot (dekat, sedang, dan jauh). Rata-rata nilai Koefisien Komunitas untuk perbandingan keseluruhan adalah 17%. Penggunaan herbisida glifosat yang diperkuat dengan metsulfuron-metil pada dosis rekomendasi 50 ml glifosat dan 2.5 g metsulfuron-metil per 15 liter air diidentifikasi sebagai langkah pengendalian yang efektif. Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) nursery is the initial stage in oil palm cultivation, where the volume of watering affects the diversity of weeds. Ineffective weed control can increase the economic burden through the cost of using herbicides. This study aims to determine the effect of watering volume on weed diversity in oil palm nursery land. The study was conducted in the PT BCP nursery land, from August 8 to October 30, 2023. The research method involved a comparison of watering volume measurements, weed dominance, and herbicide use. The results of the analysis showed that the average spray volume on a 2-inch core pipe was 987 ml/polybag, and on a 4-inch pipe it reached 1,937 ml/polybag. Observations of weed vegetation showed that Digitaria sanguinalis was the dominant weed in three main nursery blocks with different distances from the spray machine (near, medium, and far). The average Community Coefficient value for the overall comparison was 17%. The use of glyphosate herbicide reinforced with metsulfuronmethyl at the recommended dose of 50 ml glyphosate and 2.5 g metsulfuron-methyl per 15 liters of water was identified as an effective control measure.
