| Abstract: | PT Golden Malabar Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi, pengolahan, dan penjualan kopi luwak serta kopi arabika specialty di Kabupaten Bandung, Ciwidey. Produksi buah ceri kopi yang rendah disebabkan oleh penurunan populasi tanaman kopi yang mengakibatkan kematian pohon dan berdampak langsung pada penurunan produksi biji kopi arabika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan ide pengembangan bisnis melalui analisis SWOT dan mengkaji peningkatan produksi biji kopi arabika melalui replanting berdasarkan aspek non finansial dan finansial. Perumusan kajian pengembangan bisnis ini diperoleh berdasarkan strategi weaknesses-opportunities. Berdasarkan analisis aspek non finansial dan finansial, peningkatan produksi biji kopi arabika melalui replanting ini dapat dikatakan layak. Hasil analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa proyek ini layak dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp404.935.400; IRR sebesar 21%; Net B/C sebesar 3; Gross B/C sebesar 1,36; dan Payback Period selama 6 tahun 10 bulan. PT Golden Malabar Indonesia is a company engaged in the production, processing, and sale of luwak coffee and specialty arabica coffee in Bandung Regency, Ciwidey. The low production of coffee cherries is attributed to the decline in the coffee plant population, which has resulted in tree mortality and directly impacted the production of arabica coffee beans. This research aims to formulate business development ideas through SWOT analysis and examine the increase in arabica coffee bean production through replanting based on non financial and financial aspects. The formulation of the business development study is based on the weaknesses-opportunities strategy. According to the analysis of non financial and financial aspects, the increase in arabica coffee bean production through replanting is deemed feasible. The financial analysis results indicate that the project is viable, with an NPV value of Rp404.935.400; IRR of 21%; Net B/C of 3; Gross B/C of 1,36; and a Payback Period of 6 years and 10 months. |
