| Abstract: | Tantangan utama yang dihadapi PT Fortress Data Services (FDS) adalah memastikan proses rekrutmen yang efektif dan efisien di tengah persaingan pasar tenaga kerja yang semakin ketat. Saat ini, FDS mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dan melacak seluruh tahapan proses rekrutmen karena belum adanya sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Proses rekrutmen masih dilakukan melalui pihak ketiga dan menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk penggabungan data pelamar, yang menyebabkan ketidakjelasan dan ketidaktransparan status proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Informasi Rekrutmen Karyawan berbasis Website di PT Fortress Data Services menggunakan metode SDLC dengan pendekatan prototyping. Hasil pengujian dengan metode black box testing menunjukkan bahwa semua test case berhasil dengan baik, serta penilaian dengan tools PageSpeed Insight menunjukkan skor rata-rata yang memuaskan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi FDS dalam proses rekrutmen, meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan transparansi, serta membantu perusahaan menemukan dan memilih kandidat yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan. The primary challenge faced by PT Fortress Data Services (FDS) is ensuring an effective and efficient recruitment process amid an increasingly competitive labor market. Currently, FDS struggles to manage and track all stages of the recruitment process due to the absence of an integrated information system. Recruitment is still conducted through third parties and uses Microsoft Excel for consolidating applicant data, leading to unclear and non-transparent recruitment statuses. This research development a Web-Based Employee Recruitment Information System at PT Fortress Data Services using the SDLC method with a prototyping approach. The results of black box testing show that all test cases performed well, and evaluations using PageSpeed Insight tools indicate satisfactory average scores. The implementation of this system is expected to address the challenges faced by FDS in the recruitment process, improving efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency, and assisting the company in finding and selecting suitable candidates as needed. |
