dc.description.abstract | Pelaksanaan sensus pohon selama ini dilaksanakan secara manual, akan tetapi sensus menggunakan cara manual ini kurang akurat dan mengguana sumber daya yang banyak, dengan berkembangnya teknologi pelaksanaan sensus dapat dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan drone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi dan efektivitas penggunaan drone dibandingkan cara manual dalam melakukan sensus pohon kelapa sawit yang akan diolah untuk memperoleh nilai IFE dan EFE untuk menentukan strategi yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan sensus pohon kelapa sawit dan mengimplementasikan sensus pohon kelapa sawit menggunakan drone di lapangan menggunakan strategi yang tepat. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara survey dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strenght Weakness Oppurtunity Threat) kedalam bentuk matriks SWOT kemudian diolah untuk memperoleh skor IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) dan EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation). Hasil dari skor IFE dan EFE digunakan membuat diagram SWOT yang akan menunjukkan strategi paling tepat untuk digunakan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. | - |
dc.description.abstract | The implementation of the tree census has been carried out manually, but the census using this manual method is less accurate and requires a lot of resources, with the development of census implementation technology can be carried out using drones. This study aims to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of drones compared to the manual method of conducting the oil palm tree census to be processed to obtain IFE and EFE values to determine the strategy used in the implementation of the oil palm tree census and implement the oil palm tree census using drones in the field using the right strategy. The research method was carried out by survey using SWOT analysis (Strenght Weakness Oppurtunity Threat) into the form of a SWOT matrix then processed to obtain IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) scores.
