3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu Kontrol (0 g kg-1 pakan), P1 (1,5 g kg
1pakan), P2 (3 g kg-1 pakan), dan P3 (6 g kg-1 pakan). Udang uji diberi pakan
perlakuan selama 7 hari pemeliharaan dan 12 hari uji tantang secara at satiation
dengan feeding rate 5,3%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan P3 secara
signifikan mampu meningkatkan imunitas udang vaname dibandingkan dengan
kontrol. Pemberian perlakuan P3 meningkatkan nilai tingkat kelangsungan hidup,
count (TBC) Increased shrimp production can have an impact on reducing environmental quality and the emergence of disease attacks, one of which is vibriosis which is an obstacle for farmers. This final project activity takes the theme of problem solving which aims to test the potential of Ulva lactuca with different doses as an immunostimulant in increasing the immunity of vaname shrimp. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replicates. The treatments used were Control (0 g kg-1 feed), P1 (1.5 g kg-1 feed), P2 (3 g kg-1 feed), and P3 (6 g kg-1 feed). The test shrimp were fed with the treatments for 7 days of maintenance and 12 days of challenge test by at satiation with a feeding rate of 5.3%. The results showed that P3 treatment was significantly able to increase the immunity of vaname shrimp compared to the control. P3 treatment increased the value of survival rate, total haemocyte count (THC), differential haemocyte count (DHC), and phagocytosis activity and decreased the value of total vibrio count (TVC) and total bacterial count (TBC) |
