Abstract: | Kebutuhan benih lele dari tahun ke tahun secara nasional cenderung meningkat seiring dengan semakin banyaknya para pembudidaya lele. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha, keterampilan dalam memproduksi benih ikan lele serta, membuat lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar dan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari kegiatan tersebut. Wirausaha pembenihan ikan lele dilakukan mulai dari pemeliharaan induk, pemijahan, penetasan telur, pemeliharaan larva, pemeliharaan benih, pemanenan dan penjualan, transportasi benih, strategi pemasaran, dan analisa finansial. Pembenihan menunjukan bahwa jumlah telur yang dihasilkan 85.050 butir telur/kg, derajat pembuahan 89 %, derajat penetasan 88 %, sintasan hidup larva 88 %, sintasan hidup benih 85 %. Usaha yang dilakukan selama tiga bulan menghasilkan benih ukuran 5–6 cm, 6–7 cm, 7–8 cm dan 8–9 cm, dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produksi benih lele yang dihasilkan dalam satu siklus sebanyak 98.842 ekor dan produksi pembenihan dapat menyumbangkan produksi benih lele pada wilayah sekitar sebesar 10 % dari pasar yang sudah diproduksi. Benih lele yang dijual dalam satu siklus menghasilkan penerimaan Rp21.460.440 dengan keuntungan Rp4.100.313/bulan. The national demand for catfish fingerlings has been steadily increasing avery year, driven by a growing number of catfish farmers. This activity aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit, develop skills in catfish seed production, create job opportunities for local communities, and generate profit. Catfish seed entrepreneurship involves a comprehensive process, involving parental care, spawning, egg hatching, larval rearing, seed rearing, harvesting and selling, seed transportation, marketing strategies, and financial analysis. The incubation process showed that the number of eggs produced was 85.050 eggs/kg, fertilization rate was 89%, hatching rate was 88%, larval survival rate of 88%, and seed survival rate of 85%. Over a three-month period, this effort produced fingerlings measuring 5-6 cm, 6-7 cm, 7-8 cm, and 8-9 cm. Based on these results, it can be concluded that a single cycle produced 98,842 catfish fingerlings, contributing 10% of the local market supply. The sale of fingerlings in one cycle generated a revenue of IDR 21,460,440 with a monthly profit of IDR 4,100,313 |
