Abstract: Gulma bersaing dengan tanaman untuk nutrisi, air, cahaya, dan ruang hidup, yang bisa merugikan produksi tanaman. Penggunaan herbisida dalam dosis tinggi berisiko memicu resistensi gulma. Pengujian resistensi bertujuan mengidentifikasi gulma dominan yang resisten, untuk menentukan dosis dan jenis herbisida yang tepat. Identifikasi gulma dominan pada 4 blok dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis vegetasi. Gulma dominan ditentukan berdasarkan hasil Nisbah Jumlah Dominansi (NJD). Bibit gulma diambil dari dalam kuadran. Dalam polybag terdapat 5 bibit gulma. Gulma disemprot dengan 9 taraf dosis herbisida yaitu 0 g.ha-1 (D0), 60 g.ha-1 (D1), 120 g.ha-1 (D2), 240 g.ha-1 (D3), 480 g.ha-1 (D4), 960 g.ha-1 (D5), 1.920 g.ha-1 (D6), 3.840 g.ha-1 (D7), 7.680 g.ha-1 (D8) sebanyak 3 ulangan. Setelah itu dilakukan pemanenan gulma dan dihitung % kematiannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gulma dominan dari keempat blok adalah Mikania micrantha. Nisbah resistensi tertinggi yaitu blok 3 sebesar 3,16 (resistensi rendah) dengan nilai LD50 sebesar 1.488,18 g.ha-1 atau setara dengan 3.100,37 ml.ha-1 glifosat 480 SL.
Weeds compete with plants for nutrients, water, light and living space, which can be detrimental to crop production. The use of high doses of herbicides risks triggering weed resistance. Resistance testing aims to identify resistant dominant weeds, to determine the appropriate dose and type of herbicide. Identification of dominant weeds in 4 blocks was carried out using the vegetation analysis method. Dominant weeds were determined based on the Sum Dominance Ratio (SDR). Weed seeds were taken from inside the quadrant. There were 5 weed seeds in a polybag. Weeds were sprayed with 9 dosage herbicides levels, namely 0 g.ha-1 (D0), 60 g.ha-1 (D1), 120 g.ha-1 (D2), 240 g.ha-1 (D3), 480 g.ha-1 (D4), 960 g.ha-1 (D5), 1,920 g.ha-1 (D6), 3,840 g.ha-1 (D7), 7,680 g.ha-1 (D8) with 3 replications. After that, the weeds were harvested and the % mortality was calculated. The results showed that the dominant weed of the four blocks was Mikania micrantha. The highest resistance ratio is block 3 of 3.16 (low resistance) with an LD50 value of 1,488.18 g.ha-1 or equivalent to 3,100.37 ml.ha-1 glyphosate 480 SL.
