Pengembangan Web Application “Tata Naskah Dinas” Berbasis UI/UX dengan Metode Design Thinking

Abstract

Tata Naskah Dinas Kota Bogor adalah aplikasi web antar perangkat daerah dan pegawai di instansi pemerintah Kota Bogor. Desain dan fungsionalitas versi sebelumnya tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, menyebabkan pengguna mengalami kesulitan dan ketidaknyamanan dalam menggunakan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode Design thinking untuk mengembangkan user interface dan user experience web application Tata Naskah Dinas Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menerapkan lima tahapan dari Design thinking yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pada tahapan testing dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner terkait pengalaman pengguna baik aplikasi web versi sebelumnya dan versi setelah pengembangan. Total rata-rata nilai usability versi setelah pengembangan adalah 80%, menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi web memiliki nilai Satisfaction yang sangat memuaskan bagi pengguna.

Tata Naskah Dinas Kota Bogor is a web application used for communication between regional departments and employees in the government of Bogor City. The design and functionality of the previous version did not meet user needs, causing users to experience difficulties and discomfort when using the system. This research aims to apply the Design Thinking method to develop the user interface and user experience of the Tata Naskah Dinas Kota Bogor web application. The research follows the five stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. During the testing stage, questionnaires were distributed to gather feedback on user experiences with both the previous version of the web application and the post-development version. The average total usability score of the post-development version is 80%, indicating that the web application has a very satisfactory level of user satisfaction.
