Abstract: Panen merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dimulai dari memotong tandan matang panen sesuai kriteria matang panen, mengumpulkan dan mengutip brondolan serta menyusun tandan di tempat pengumpulan hasil. Helper adalah pekerja yang membantu dalam proses pemanenan tanaman kelapa sawit. Tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang helper adalah mengumpulkan dan mengangkut tandan buah segar ke tempat pengumpulan hasil. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh helper terhadap pemanenan dan membandingkan nilai produksi antara helper dan non-helper. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data yaitu data pemanen helper dan non helper, hasil produksi pemanen helper dan non helper, angka kerapatan panen dan taksasi produksi. Angka kerapatan panen yang didapatkan yaitu 26%, taksasi produksi didapatkan yaitu 21.750 kg, hasil produksi pemanen helper 268 tandan dan pemanen non helper 190 tandan. Jumlah premi yang didapatkan helper sebanyak Rp1.520.345 dan pemanen non helper mendapat premi Rp626.563. Premi tertinggi pada helper dengan selisih Rp893.782.
Harvesting is a series of activities starting with cutting ripe bunches according to harvesting criteria, collecting and collecting loose fruits, and arranging bunches at the collection point. Helpers are workers who assist in the harvesting process. The duties and responsibilities of a helper are to collect and transport fresh fruit bunches to the collection point. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of helpers on harvesting and compare the production value between helpers and non-helpers. The methods used in data collection are data on helper and non-helper harvesters, production results of helper and non-helper harvesters, harvest density rate and estimated production. The harvest density rate obtained is 26%, the estimated production obtained is 21.750 kg, and the production of helper harvesters is 265 bunches and non-helper harvesters is 190 bunches. The amount of premium obtained by helpers is Rp1.520.345 and non helper harvesters get a premium of Rp626.563. The highest premium is on helper, with a difference of Rp893.782.
