Weed vegetation analysis is important before determining weed control measures. Weed vegetation observations were made at several levels of plant age, namely planting years 2019, 2014, and 2010. The purpose of this study was to determine the composition and structure of weed vegetation as well as the diversity of weed vegetation in oil palm plantations in Division III of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, North Sumatra. The method used in data collection was the quadrat method, measuring 100 cm x 100 cm with as many as 30 plots, and the parameters observed are the Summed Dominance Ratio (SDR) value and diversity index. Sampling was done by purposive sampling on sample blocks (circle and harvesting path). The results showed that the composition of weeds in the three blocks observed consisted of 27 weed species belonging to 25 genera and 13 families. The dominant weed in the 2010 planting year block was Cyrtococcum patens (25,88%), the 2014 planting year block was Centotheca lappacea (19,03%), and the 2019 planting year was Eleusine indica (19,57%), and the diversity index of each block was classified as medium, namely 2,04 (2010), 2,48 (2014), and 2,39 (2019).-
