The production of oil palm is influenced by the pollination process. Pollination of oil palm plants heavily depends on the pollinator insect Elaeidobius kamerunicus Faust. The role of pollinator insects can by applying the hatch and carry technique, which allows the pollination process to occur naturally. The Hatch and Carry technique is method that combines the introduction of the pollinator insect Elaeidobius kamerunicus with artificial pollination to fruit set in fresh oil palm bunches. This final project research was conducted at Bumi Arjo Estate PT. Buluh Cawang Plantation from October 2023 to March 2024, using Purposive Random Sampling method. The application of the hatch and carry technique increased effectiveness of the E. Kamerunicus population in male flowers, females, increased BJR, the efficiency the Fruit set value and production value, percentage reaching 30% and production of 57.85% in block 114 applied the Hatch and Carry technique compared to block 124 that did not apply the Hatch and Carry technique.-
