Abstract: CV Hidroponikita Tani Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pertanian sistem hidroponik. Berdasarkan hasil data masih terdapat hasil sisa sortir bayam merah yang belum dimanfaatkan, sehingga muncul pengembangan ide bisnis yaitu pengolahan bayam merah menjadi kerupuk. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis usaha kerupuk bayam merah berdasarkan aspek non finansial dan finansial serta menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut pada kerupuk. Metode analisis yang digunakan berdasarkan aspek non finansial yaitu pasar dan pemasaran, produksi, organisasi dan manajemen, sumber daya manusia dan kolaborasi, sedangkan aspek finansial yaitu laba rugi, cash flow, dan switching value serta multi taribut fishbein untuk melihat preferensi konsumen. Hasil analisis non finansial yaitu pendirian unit bisnis ini sudah memiliki perencanaan yang sesuai dengan aspek non finansial. Berdasarkan aspek finansial yang telah dilakukan pendirian unit bisnis ini dapat meningkatkan penerimaan dan dilihat dari hasil analisis pendirian unit bisnis ini sudah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan investasi. Konsumen memiliki respon positif terhadap atribut pada produk kerupuk bayam merah.
CV Hidroponikita Tani Mandiri is a company engaged in hydroponic system agriculture. Based on the data results, there are still residual results of sorting red spinach that have not been utilized, so a business idea was developed, namely processing red spinach into crackers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the red spinach cracker business based on non-financial and financial aspects and analyze consumer preferences for attributes in crackers. The analysis method used is based on non-financial aspects, namely market and marketing, production, organization and management, human resources, and collaboration, while the financial aspects are profit and loss, cash flow, switching value, and multi-taribut fishbein to see consumer preferences. The results of the non-financial analysis show that the establishment of this business unit already has a plan that is in accordance with the non-financial aspects. Based on the financial aspects that have been carried out, the establishment of this business unit can increase revenue, and the results of the analysis of the establishment of this business unit have met the investment feasibility criteria. Consumers have a positive response to the attributes of red spinach crackers.
