dc.description.abstractDepresi merupakan sebuah gangguan psikologis yang ditandai dengan penyimpangan perasaan, kognitif, dan perilaku individu. Petani dinilai sebagai salah satu pekerjaan dengan risiko stres yang tinggi termasuk depresi. Depresi yang dialami seseorang dapat berdampak pada berbagai aspek salah satunya yaitu kualitas diet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat depresi dengan kualitas diet pada petani di Jawa Barat. Desain penelitian ini merupakan studi cross sectional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 128 petani. Penelitian dilakukan secara daring dan luring pada bulan Maret–Juni 2024 melalui pengisian kuesioner. Instrumen pengukuran tingkat deperesi menggunakan kuesioner Zung-Self Depression Scale (ZSDS) dan kualitas diet menggunakan kuesioner Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ). Tingkat kejadian depresi yang ditemukan pada subjek adalah 15% dengan kategori depresi ringan. Mayoritas subjek (90%) tergolong mengonsumsi bahan pangan cukup beragam (=5 jenis bahan pangan). Akan tetapi, masih terdapat 41% subjek yang tidak memenuhi Global Dietary Recommendation (GDR). Hasil analisis uji korelasi menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara karakteristik subjek dengan tingkat depresi dan kualitas diet (p>0,05). Selain itu, tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat depresi dengan kualitas diet (p>0,05).-
dc.description.abstractDepression is a psychological disorder characterized by emotional, cognitive, and behavioral deviations. Farmers are considered as one of the occupations with a high risk of stress including depression. Depression experienced by a person can have an impact on various aspects, one of which is the quality of diet. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between the level of depression and diet quality among farmers in West Java. This research design is a cross sectional study with a total of 128 farmers. The research was conducted online and offline in March-June 2024 through filling out questionnaires. The instrument for measuring the level of depression used the Zung-Self Depression Scale (ZSDS) questionnaire and the assessment of diet quality using the Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ). The incidence rate of depression found in the subjects was 15% with mild depression category. The majority of subjects (90%) were classified as consuming sufficiently diverse food ingredients (=5 types of food ingredients). However, there were still 41% of subjects who did not meet the Global Dietary Recommendation (GDR). The results of the correlation test analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between subject characteristics and the level of depression and diet quality (p>0.05). In addition, there was no significant relationship between the level of depression and diet quality (p>0.05).-
