dc.description.abstractPengujian system informasi di PT Asta Protek Jiarsi menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi proses QA yang melibatkan penggunaan Cypress dan spreadsheet, dan solusi yang diusulkan adalah perancangan web portal pengelola bug dengan integrasi API pada otomatisasi QA engine untuk pembaruan real-time dan visibilitas lengkap terhadap bug yang dilaporkan. Aplikasi web portal Bugbridge telah melalui serangkaian pengujian untuk memastikan kinerjanya sesuai dengan harapan pengguna dan spesifikasi teknis, meliputi metode black box dan uji beta dengan kuesioner. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan harapan untuk semua skenario yang diuji. Uji beta mengungkapkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi terhadap berbagai aspek aplikasi, termasuk tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, kelengkapan informasi, ketepatan fungsi tombol, dan kecepatan akses, dengan penilaian tertinggi pada ketepatan fungsi tombol dengan tujuan menu yang diinginkan (87,5%) dan nilai rata-rata kepuasan pengguna mencapai 82,5%-
dc.description.abstractTesting the information system at PT Asta Protek Jiarsi faces challenges in QA process efficiency, which involves using Cypress and spreadsheets. The proposed solution is designing a bug management web portal with API integration into the QA automation engine for real-time updates and complete visibility of reported bugs. The Bug Bridge web portal application has undergone a series of tests to ensure its performance meets user expectations and technical specifications, including black box testing and beta testing with questionnaires. The black box testing results show that the system functions as expected for all tested scenarios. The beta test reveals a high satisfaction level across various aspects of the application, including appearance, ease of use, completeness of information, button function accuracy, and access speed, with the highest rating for button function accuracy (87.5%) and an average user satisfaction score of 82.5%.-
