The development of ecotourism in Baluran National Park (TNB) has not yet optimally involved community participation. This study aims to identify the ecotourism resources in TNB, identify the forms of community participation in ecotourism development, analyze the factors influencing community involvement in ecotourism development, and design a community-based program and poster for ecotourism development in TNB. Data collection was conducted through literature studies, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression. The ecotourism resources in TNB consist of flora, fauna, landscapes, and culture. Social participation was identified as the most prominent form of involvement. Factors influencing participation, as indicated by the T-test, show that knowledge, awareness, and income variables have a significant value of <0.05.
