Pembuatan Fitur Monitoring dan Quiz pada Website E-Learning Departemen Produksi AL4 PT Amerta Indah Otsuka

Abstract

PT Amerta Indah Otsuka telah mengembangkan website E-learning yang memungkinkan karyawan membaca dokumen Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), menonton video SOP, mengunggah dokumen, dan menyimpan kemajuan pembelajaran karyawan. Namun, website tersebut belum dilengkapi dengan fitur monitoring untuk supervisor atau manajer memantau kemajuan pembelajaran karyawan, serta fitur quiz untuk menguji pemahaman karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat fitur monitoring dan quiz, serta menganalisis kesesuaian, efisiensi, dan efektifitas kedua fitur tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Scrum. Dengan dikembangkannya fitur monitoring dan quiz pada sistem e-learning ini, meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi manajer serta supervisor untuk melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi kemajuan pembelajaran dan pemahaman karyawan terkait SOP

PT Amerta Indah Otsuka has developed an E-learning website that allows employees to read Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, watch SOP videos, upload documents, and save employee learning progress. However, the website is not yet equipped with a monitoring feature for supervisors or managers to monitor employee learning progress, as well as a quiz feature to test employee understanding. This study aims to create monitoring and quiz features, and analyze the suitability, efficiency, and effectiveness of both features. The method used in this study is the Scrum method. By developing monitoring and quiz features in this e-learning system, it increases the effectiveness and efficiency of managers and supervisors to monitor and evaluate employee learning progress and understanding related to SOPs
