Abstract: Kedai Kopi 1831 Ciwidey merupakan unit bisnis hilir PT Inti Gravfaram Indonesia, yang menyediakan minuman kopi dan non kopi serta makanan ringan. Seiring berjalannya waktu terjadi penurunan pengunjung atau dapat dibilang sepi, karena banyak munculnya pesaing dengan usaha sejenis, sehingga membuat persaingan semakin ketat. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 7P terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sehingga Kedai Kopi 1831 Ciwidey dapat mempertahakan konsumennya. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan analisis finansial. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bauran pemasaran berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara parsial bauran pemasaran yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah product, price, promotion, people, dan process. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan variasi menu yaitu dengan menambah menu paket bundling, sehingga dapat meningkatkan frekuensi kunjungan konsumennya menjadi 1-3 dalam sebulan sebanyak 86,7% dari 30 orang. Analisis finansial ide pengembangan bisnis dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan dengan meningkatnya R/C ratio sebesar 13,3% dan keuntungan bertambah sebesar Rp7.049.690,00 per tahun.
Kedai Kopi 1831 Ciwidey is a downstream business unit of PT Inti Gravfaram Indonesia, which provides coffee and non-coffee drinks and snacks. Over time there has been a decrease in visitors or arguably quiet, due to the emergence of many competitors with similar businesses, thus making the competition tighter. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the 7P marketing mix on customer satisfaction, so that Kedai Kopi 1831 Ciwidey can maintain its consumers. The method used is multiple linear regression and financial analysis. Regression analysis shows that the marketing mix simultaneously affects customer satisfaction. Partially, the marketing mix that affects customer satisfaction is product, price, promotion, people, and process. Recommendations for improvements that can be made through the development of menu variations, namely by adding a bundling package menu, so as to increase the frequency of consumer visits to 1-3 in a month as many as 86.7% of 30 people. Financial analysis of business development ideas is said to be feasible to run with an increased R/C ratio of 13.3% and increased profits of Rp7,049,690.00 per year.
