Abstract: Antara 2019 hingga 2024, pertumbuhan populasi global sekitar 0,87% per tahun, sementara pengguna internet tumbuh 5,41% per tahun. Literasi digital penting untuk partisipasi di dunia modern dan mencegah penyebaran informasi negatif. Dunia digital berperan vital, termasuk dalam E-Government di Desa Cibiru Wetan dengan Aplikasi Simpeldesa. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kesenjangan digital dengan literasi digital, serta literasi digital dengan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan e-government pada Aplikasi Simpeldesa. Dengan metode survei pada 70 sampel, ditemukan hubungan berlawanan antara kesenjangan dan literasi digital. semakin tinggi literasi digital. Namun, hubungan antara literasi digital dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan e-government tidak signifikan dan berlawanan. Selain itu, faktor utama yang diidentifikasi mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat adalah efektivitas aplikasi itu sendiri.
Between 2019 and 2024, global population growth is about 0.87% per year, while internet users are growing at 5.41% per year. Digital literacy is important for participation in the modern world and preventing the spread of negative information. The digital world plays a vital role, including in E-Government in Cibiru Wetan Village with the Simpeldesa Application. This study analyzes the relationship between the digital divide and digital literacy, as well as digital literacy and community satisfaction with e-government services on the Simpeldesa Application. With a survey method on 70 samples, an opposite relationship between the gap and digital literacy was found. the higher the digital literacy. However, the relationship between digital literacy and community satisfaction with e-government services is not significant and opposite. In addition, the main factor identified as affecting community satisfaction is the effectiveness of the application itself.
