dc.description.abstractStroberi frozen biasanya dijual dengan harga lebih rendah dibandingkan stroberi segar grade A dan B. Untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis stroberi frozen, produk ini dapat diolah menjadi moci stroberi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bisnis moci stroberi di Kopontren Alif melalui analisis SWOT dan kelayakan aspek non finansial serta finansial. Analisis non finansial meliputi aspek pasar dan pemasaran, produksi, manajemen dan organisasi, sumber daya manusia, dan kolaborasi. Bisnis ini memiliki potensi pasar yang baik dan dapat diterima oleh konsumen. Sumber daya manusia dan kolaborasi dengan penyedia bahan baku dan pemasaran juga mendukung kelayakan bisnis. Analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa bisnis ini layak dengan NPV sebesar Rp244.154.569, IRR 69%, dan Net B/C 3,41. Gross B/C sebesar 1,22 menunjukkan setiap pengeluaran Rp1,00 menghasilkan manfaat kotor Rp1,22. Payback period adalah 2 tahun 5 bulan. Analisis switching value menunjukkan toleransi penurunan produksi sebesar 19,5%, kenaikan harga tepung ketan hingga 4382,79%, dan kenaikan harga stroberi hingga 766,44%.-
dc.description.abstractStrawberry frozen usually sold at a lower price than fresh strawberries grades A and B. To increase the economic value of strawberries frozen, this product can be processed into strawberry moci. This research aims to develop the strawberry moci business in Kopontren Alif through SWOT analysis and feasibility of non-financial and financial aspects. Non-financial analysis includes market and marketing aspects, production, management and organization, human resources, and collaboration. This business has good market potential and can be accepted by consumers. Human resources and collaboration with raw material providers and marketing also support business viability. Financial analysis shows that this business is feasible with an NPV of IDR244,154,569, IRR 69%, and Net B/C 3.41. Gross B/C of 1.22 shows that every Rp1.00 spent produces a gross benefit of Rp. 1.22. Payback period is 2 years 5 months. Switching value analysis shows tolerance for a decrease in production of 19.5%, an increase in the price of sticky rice flour of up to 4382.79%, and an increase in the price of strawberries of up to 766.44%.-
