Abstract: PUTRI MUTIARA RIZKY. Budidaya Udang Vaname Litopenaeus vannamei Super Intensif di Tambak Raci Unit Pelaksana Teknis Budidaya Air Payau dan Laut (UPT BAPL), Bangil, Jawa Timur. Dibimbing oleh WIYOTO dan IWAN HARUNSYAH Keberhasilan budidaya udang vaname dipengaruhi salah satu faktor yaitu kualitas air. Kualitas air yang baik sesuai standar budidaya akan mendukung pertumbuhan udang vaname yang optimal, sebaliknya jika kualitas air yang buruk dapat menyebabkan udang mengalami stress sehingga pertumbuhan akan terhambat karena menurunnya nafsu makan. Kegiatan proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas air dan produksi budidaya udang vaname dengan sistem super intensif di Tambak Raci, Unit Pelaksana Teknis Budidaya Air Payau dan Laut (UPT BAPL), Bangil, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kolam seluas 700 m2 dengan padat tebar 500 ekor m-2. Hasil yang didapat yaitu nilai sintasan tertinggi pada kolam A sebesar 37% dengan nilai FCR terbaik pada kolam C sebesar 1,16. Kualitas air optimal dengan suhu 28-30oC, salinitas 15-28 g L-1, kecerahan berkisar 20-120 cm. pH berkisar 7,6-8,5, nilai DO >4 mg L-1.

Supervised by WIYOTO and IWAN HARUNSYAH Super intensive Pacific Whiteleg shrimp farming is a high stocking rate intensive farming that utilizes narrow areas to increase production. The success of Pacific Whiteleg shrimp farming is influenced by water quality. Good water quality in accordance with farming standards will support optimal growth of shrimp, while poor water quality may cause stress to the shrimp, resulting in growth inhibition due to reduced appetite. This activity aims to determine the water quality and production of shrimp culture using a super intensive system in Tambak Raci, Unit Pelaksana Teknis Budidaya Air Payau dan Laut (UPT BAPL) East Java. The method used is a pond with an area of 700 m-2 with a density of 500 shrimps m-2. The result obtained were the highest survival rate in pond A of 37% with the best FCR value in pond C of 1.16. The water quality is optimal with a temperature of 28-30oC, salinity of 15-28 g L-1, brightness ranges from 20-120 cm. The pH is between 7.6-8.5, the DO is >4 mg L-1.
