Abstract: Manajemen proses produksi yang efektif menjadi sangat penting untuk mempertahankan daya saing perusahaan di era industri modern. PT Sumco Indonesia, produsen wafer silikon monokristalin erpolis, menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan data dan penjadwalan produksi menggunakan Excel. Kendala seperti ketidakakuratan data, ketidakpastian proses, dan kurangnya fleksibilitas membuat proses ini rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring berbasis web untuk memantau, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan penjadwalan proses produksi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja, mengurangi risiko kesalahan manusia, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat waktu. Dengan adanya sistem ini, PT Sumco Indonesia diharapkan mampu merespons perubahan dengan lebih cepat, meningkatkan kinerja operasional, dan mempertahankan daya saing di industri manufaktur yang dinamis.
Effective production process management is crucial for maintaining company competitiveness in the modern industrial era. PT Sumco Indonesia, a producer of polished monocrystalline silicon wafers, faces various challenges in data management and production scheduling using Excel. Issues such as data inaccuracies, process uncertainty, and lack of flexibility make this process prone to human error. This research aims to develop a web-based monitoring information system to monitor, manage, and optimize production scheduling. This system is expected to improve performance, reduce the risk of human error, and support more timely decision-making. With this system, PT Sumco Indonesia is anticipated to respond to changes more swiftly, enhance operational performance, and maintain competitiveness in the dynamic manufacturing industry.
