Motile Aeromonas Septicemia (MAS) caused by bacterial infection Aeromonas hydrophila It can spread quickly and cause up to 90% death. The aim of this study was to test the effectiveness of repeated immersion of the CapriVac Hydrogalaksi vaccine in tilapia to prevent bacterial infections A. hydrophila. The method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments of new vaccine water immersion (R1), the remainder of the first vaccine water immersion (R2), the remainder of the second vaccine water immersion (R3), control treatment (K) and each with three replications. The vaccine dose used is 2 mL/ 20 L for 1,000 fish using the soaking method for 30 minutes and the fish are kept for 63 days. Post-vaccination survival on day 63, the highest value was in treatment R1 (97.73±1.29%). In conclusion, repeated use of the CapriVac Hydrogalaksi vaccine soak is able to increase non-specific immune responses so that vaccination is able to provide protection against infection attacks. A. hydrophila with the best results in the new vaccine immersion with a relative survival value of 51%.
