dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interpretasi ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi pada produk parting 10 customer “AB” dengan metode statistical quality control (SQC) serta membantu perusahaan dalam merumuskan tindakan pengendalian yang sesuai guna menekan angka tolakan akibat ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi. Peneliti mengambil 2 ketidaksesuaian dengan jumlah tolakan tertinggi yaitu underweight dan defect untuk dikaji lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, jenis parting yang paling rentan mengalami ketidaksesuaian underweight yaitu jenis parting paha bawah. Adapun untuk ketidaksesuaian defect jenis parting yang mengalami hanya dada rusuk dan dada mentok. Kedua ketidaksesuaian ini tidak terkendali secara statistik sehingga perlu dilakukan pengendalian. Berdasarkan diagram sebab akibat yang dirincikan oleh 5 whys analysis, untuk ketidaksesuaian underweight ini disebabkan oleh faktor manusia dan metode sedangkan pada ketidaksesuaian defect disebabkan oleh faktor mesin dan material. Adapun rekomendasi perbaikan untuk ketidaksesuaian underweight yaitu pelatihan parting dan pengajuan pengubahan spesifikasi berat karkas, sedangkan untuk ketidaksesuaian defect direkomendasikan penggunaan mesin tumbler dengan kapasitas 150 kg.-
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the interpretation of nonconformities that occur in the product parting 10 customers "AB" using the statistical quality control (SQC) method and to assist companies in formulating appropriate control measures to reduce the number of rejections due to nonconformities that occur. Researchers took 2 non-conformities with the highest number of rejections, namely underweight and defect for further study. The results of the research show that the type of parting that is most susceptible to underweight discrepancies is the lower thigh parting type. As for the non-conformity of parting type defects, only rib chest and stuck chest are experienced. These two discrepancies are not statistically controlled so control needs to be carried out. Based on the cause and effect diagram detailed by the 5 whys analysis, the underweight nonconformity is caused by human factors and methods, while the defect nonconformity is caused by machine and material factors. The recommendations for improvement for underweight discrepancies are parting training and submission of changes to carcass weight specifications, while for defect discrepancies is use a tumbler machine with 150 kg capacity.
