| Abstract: | PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan pengolahan daging ayam yang baru melakukan sertifikasi ISO 22000 sejak 2022. Tujuan proyek akhir ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan ISO/TS 22002-1 sebagai PRP dan ISO 22000 dan memberikan usulan tindakan perbaikan berdasarkan hasil penilaian kesesuaian pada penerapan ISO/TS 22002-1 dan ISO 22000 di PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan berupa pengambilan data ketidaksesuaian periode sebelumnya, melakukan observasi langsung terkait penerapan ISO 22000 dan ISO/TS 22002-1, menganalisis risiko ketidaksesuaian, dan memberikan usulan tindakan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, diperoleh persentase nilai kesesuaian periode sebelumnya (tahun 2023) sebesar 94,41% dan periode terbaru (awal tahun 2024)sebesar 89,68%. Persentase pemenuhan persyaratan periode awal tahun 2024 mengalami penurunan karena terdapat ketidaksesuaian lebih banyak dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. Berdasarkan kategori penilaian, PT XYZ masih memerlukan tindakan perbaikan. Dari hasil ketidaksesuaian yang ditemukan, maka disusun usulan perbaikan untuk PT XYZ. PT XYZ is a chicken meat processing company that has been ISO 22000 certified since 2022. The purpose of this final project is to determine the suitability of the application of ISO/TS 22002-1 as PRP and ISO 22000, and to provide proposed corrective actions based on the results of the conformity assessment on the application of ISO/TS 22002-1 and ISO 22000 at PT XYZ. The method used includes collecting data on non-conformities from previous periods, making direct observations related to the application of ISO 22000 and ISO/TS 22002-1, analyzing the risk of non-conformities, and providing suggestions for corrective actions. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of conformity in the previous period (2023) was 94.41%, while in the latest period (early 2024) it was 89.68%. The percentage of fulfilment of requirements for the initial period of 2024 has decreased due to an increase in non-conformities compared to the previous period. Based on the assessment category, PT XYZ still requires corrective actions. From the results of the non-conformities found, an improvement proposal was prepared for PT XYZ. |
