Abstract: | Tuntutan akan pelayanan publik yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan responsif, telah mendorong pemerintah dan lembaga publik untuk mencari solusi yang lebih inovatif dan efektif, termasuk melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yaitu e-LAPOR. Alur komunikasi yang digunakan oleh e-LAPOR perlu diteliti lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif alur komunikasi yang digunakan demi terciptanya pelayanan publik yang lebih maju. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengungkapkan model komunikasi yang digunakan yaitu model komunikasi interaksional dan menggunakan metode computer mediated communication. Koordinator daerah dan pejabat penghubung e-LAPOR Kota Sukabumi menyatakan alur komunikasi yang digunakan sudah cukup efektif dalam mendorong terciptanya pelayanan publik yang lebih baik. The demand for more efficient, transparent, and responsive, public services has encouraged the goverment and public institutions to look for more innovative and effective solutions, including through the use of digital technology, namely e-LAPOR. The communication flow used by e-LAPOR needs to be researched further to find out how effective the communication flow used is to create more advanted public services. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, this research reveals the communication model used, namely the interactional communication model and using the computer mediated communication method. The regional coordinator and e-LAPOR liaison officer for Sukabumi City stated that the communication slow used was quite effective in encouraging the creation of better public services. |
