Abstract: MUHAMAD BAGUS KARIRI. Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Minat Petani dalam Pembuatan Mikroorganisme Lokal melalui Metode Penyuluhan di Desa Bulotalangi. Dibimbing oleh LEONARD DHARMAWAN dan MUHAMMAD IQBAL NURULHAQ. Perkembangan sektor pertanian di Indonesia lambat, terhambat oleh kebijakan yang berubah-ubah, seperti Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 49 Tahun 2020, yang membatasi pupuk bersubsidi hanya bagi kelompok tani dengan RDKK elektronik. Desa Bulotalangi kekurangan pupuk subsidi, sehingga mendorong penggunaan mikroorganisme lokal (MOL) untuk pupuk organik. Penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat petani dalam pembuatan MOL berbahan dasar bonggol pisang serta mengevaluasi materi, metode, dan media penyuluhan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan petani sebesar 57,96% dan peningkatan minat pada pembuatan MOL. Evaluasi penyuluhan dinilai sangat baik dengan rata-rata 96,45%. Kata kunci: Bonggol pisang, mikroorganisme lokal, petani, penyuluhan.

The development of the agricultural sector in Indonesia is slow, hampered by changing policies, such as the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 49 of 2020, which limits subsidized fertilizer to farmer groups with electronic RDKK. Bulotalangi village lacks subsidized fertilizer, prompting the use of local microorganisms (MOL) for organic fertilizer. The study aimed to increase farmers' knowledge and interest in making MOL made from banana stump and to evaluate extension materials, methods, and media. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed an increase in farmers' knowledge by 57.96% and an increase in interest in making MOL. Extension evaluation was rated very good with an average of 96.45%. Keywords: Banana pith, local microorganisms, farmers, extension.
