Efektivitas Greenhouse Terhadap Peningkatan Produksi di CV Firizco Berkah Bersama Kabupaten Bandung Barat

Abstract

Permintaan anggur di Indonesia terus meningkat, namun produksi lokal belum optimal. Salah satu perkebunan di Jawa Barat, CV Firizco Berkah Bersama, mengalami kesulitan memenuhi permintaan bibit anggur yang tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan tempat penanaman. Sebagai solusi, CV Firizco Berkah Bersama membangun greenhouse untuk meningkatkan produksi bibit anggur. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas greenhouse terhadap pendapatan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa greenhouse di CV Firizco Berkah Bersama memiliki efektivitas yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t-tabel dan nilai p-value yang lebih kecil dari 0.05. Analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa penambahan greenhouse layak untuk dilaksanakan. Laba bersih perusahaan setelah pajak penghasilan sebesar Rp499.515.742,00. Analisis R/C ratio menghasilkan nilai 3,79, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap Rp1 yang dikeluarkan akan menghasilkan penerimaan sebesar Rp3,79. Analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa penambahan greenhouse akan menghasilkan keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp342.977.458,00.

Demand for wine in Indonesia continues to increase, but local production is not yet optimal. One of the plantations in West Java, CV Firizco Berkah Bersama, is having difficulty meeting the high demand for grape seeds. This is caused by limited planting space. As a solution, CV Firizco Berkah Bersama built a greenhouse to increase grape seed production. Research was conducted to see the effectiveness of greenhouses on company income. The research results show that the greenhouse at CV Firizco Berkah Bersama has significant effectiveness in increasing company revenue. This is proven by the calculated t value which is greater than the t-table and the p-value which is smaller than 0.05. Financial analysis shows that adding a greenhouse is feasible. The company's net profit after income tax was IDR Rp499.515.742,00. R/C ratio analysis produces a value of 3,79, which shows that every Rp. 1 spent will generate revenues of Rp. 3,79. Partial analysis shows that the addition of the greenhouse will generate additional profits of IDR 342.977.458,00.
