| Abstract: | Peningkatan permintaan produk cat dan tiner berakibat pada tingginya paparan bahan
kimia pada pekerja di industri tersebut dan menimbulkan efek negatif. Efek negatif yang timbul
dapat berupa Kecelakaan Kerja (KK) dan Penyakit Akibat Kerja (PAK). Upaya yang dapat
dilakukan untuk pengurangan efek negatif tersebut adalah dengan penerapan Sistem Manajemen
K3. Terdapat acuan internasional terkait Sistem Manajemen K3 yang berfokus pada perwujudan
partisipasi karyawan, yaitu ISO 45001:2018. Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah menganalisis
kesenjangan Sistem Manajemen K3, merancang rekayasa perbaikan Sistem Manajemen K3, dan
meningkatkan persentase kesiapan perusahaan untuk melaksanakan sertifikasi ISO 45001:2018.
Penelitian dilakukan mulai Agustus 2023 hingga Januari 2024 di PT Bina Adidaya. Teknik analisis
data yang digunakan adalah gap analysis. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 34
persyaratan ISO 45001:2018 yang harus dipenuhi oleh perusahaan. Gap analysis menunjukkan 15
persyaratan telah dipenuhi oleh perusahaan dan nilai persentase kesenjangannya adalah sebesar
55,9%. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan masih perlu melakukan banyak perbaikan
dalam Sistem Manajemen K3 nya. Langkah yang diambil selanjutnya adalah dengan perancangan
rekayasa perbaikan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang belum terpenuhi. Peningkatan persentase
kesiapan perusahaan dalam sertifikasi ISO 45001:2018 diketahui dengan perhitungan analisis
kesenjangan. Perhitungan persentase kesenjangan setelah penerapan menunjukkan angka
29,4%,artinya terdapat penurunan sebesar 26,5% dari persentase kesenjangan sebelumnya. The increase in demand for paint and thinner products results in high exposure to chemicals among workers in the industry and has negative effects. The adverse effects can arise from wrok accidents and occupational diseases. Efforts can be made to reduce these adverse effects by implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System. An international reference related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System focuses on realizing employee participation, namely ISO 45001:2018. The research aims to analyze gaps in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, design engineering improvements to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and increase the percentage of readiness to implement ISO 45001:2018 certification. The research was conducted from August 2023 to January 2024 at PT Bina Adidaya. The data analysis technique used is gap analysis. Based on the results of a literature study, companies must fulfil 34 ISO 45001:2018 requirements. The gap analysis shows the company has fulfilled 15 requirements, and the gap percentage value is 55,9%. This value indicates the the company still needs to improve its Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The next step is to design repair engineering per the requirements that still need to be met. The increase in the percentage of company readiness in ISO 45001:2018 certification is known by calculating gap analysis. Calculation of the gap percentage after implementation shows a figure of 26,4% meaning there is a decrease of 26,5% from the previous gap percentage. |
