Abstract: Kegiatan budidaya ikan gurami Osphronemus gouramy Lac. memiliki hambatan pertumbuhan sehingga membutuhkan biaya produksi cukup tinggi terutama penggunaan pakan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan pemanfaatan pakan alternatif seperti tanaman sente Colocasia esculenta dan kecambah kacang hijau Phaseolus radiatus. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengimplementasikan efektivitas pemanfaatan tanaman sente dan kecambah kacang hijau sebagai pakan alternatif terhadap kinerja reproduksi ikan gurami. Prosedur penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode pemijahan secara alami sistem paket. Penelitian ini terdapat dua perlakuan yaitu kombinasi pakan kecambah kacang hijau dengan pelet (KC) dan kombinasi pakan tanaman sente dengan pelet (TS). Kombinasi pakan memiliki hasil yang berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan kontrol. Perlakuan KC jumlah induk yang memijah sebanyak dua ekor, nilai rata-rata fekunditas sebanyak 5.127 butir, FR 86,36%, HR 90%, dan SR 96,37%. Parameter kualitas air suhu berkisar 26-31ºC dan pH berkisar 7-8,3. Perlakuan terbaik ditunjukan pada perlakuan KC.
Gourami fish farming activities Osphronemus gouramy Lac. have growth barriers that require high production costs, especially the use of feed. Based on this, it is necessary to utilize alternative feed such as sente Colocasia esculenta plants and Phaseolus radiatus mung bean sprouts. The purpose of this study is to implement the effectiveness of utilizing sente plants and mung bean sprouts as alternative feed on the reproductive performance of gourami fish. The procedure of this research is to use the natural spawning method of the package system. This study contained two treatments, namely a combination of mung bean sprouts feed with pellets (KC) and a combination of sente plant feed with pellets (TS). The combination of feed has results that are significantly different from the control treatment. The KC treatment had two spawning parents, an average fecundity value of 5,127 grains, FR 86.36%, HR 90%, and SR 96.37%. Water quality parameters temperature ranged from 26-31ºC and pH ranged from 7-8.3. The best treatment was shown in the KC treatment.
