Abstract: | Saudagar Farm merupakan perusahaan peternakan yang bergerak pada usaha
penggemukan domba di Kabupaten Cianjur. Saudagar Farm sebelumnya
menggunakan ampas tahu sebagai bahan pakan utama selain pakan hijauan dan
konsentrat. Kenaikan biaya dan keterbatasan ketersediaan ampas tahu menjadikan
Saudagar Farm beralih menggunakan onggok basah. Proyek akhir ini bertujuan
untuk membandingkan pakan ampas tahu dan onggok basah terhadap pertambahan
bobot badan harian (PBBH), konversi pakan, pendapatan usaha ternak, dan efisiensi
biaya pada usaha penggemukan domba di Saudagar Farm. Data primer berupa rata rata PBBH dan konversi pakan dianalisis menggunakan uji t independent. Data
primer berupa data pendapatan, biaya, dan penerimaan dianalisis dengan analisis
pendapatan usaha ternak dan R/C ratio. Hasil proyek akhir menunjukkan bahwa
terdapat perbedaan signifikan (P<0,05) antara penggunaan ampas tahu dan onggok
basah terhadap PBBH dan konversi pakan domba. Domba yang diberi pakan ampas
tahu menunjukkan PBBH dan konversi pakan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan
yang diberi pakan onggok basah. Pendapatan usaha dan efisiensi biaya memiliki
nilai yang lebih tinggi pada domba yang diberi pakan ampas tahu. Saudagar Farm is a livestock company engaged in sheep fattening business in Cianjur Regency. Saudagar Farm previously used tofu waste as the main feed ingredient in addition to forage and concentrate feed. The increase in cost and limited availability of tofu pulp has made Saudagar Farm switch to using wet onggok. This final project aims to compare tofu dregs and wet onggok feed on daily body weight gain (PBBH), feed conversion, livestock business income, and cost efficiency in the sheep fattening business at Saudagar Farm. Primary data in the form of average PBBH and feed conversion were analyzed using independent t test. Primary data in the form of income, cost, and revenue data were analyzed by analyzing livestock business income and R/C ratio. The final project results showed that there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the use of tofu pulp and wet onggok on PBBH and feed conversion of sheep. Sheep fed with tofu pulp showed better PBBH and feed conversion compared to those fed with wet onggok. Business income and cost efficiency had higher values in sheep fed with tofu. |
